Warranty and maintenance
Makita tools have a 1-year factory warranty. If you register the tool within 4 weeks of purchase, the warranty is extended by 2 years, 3 years in total from the date of purchase.
How to get the 3-year warranty
- Log in or create an account in MyMakita (makita.ee).
- Select the store where you bought the tool (Vaaros, Paide) and enter the tool details. You can also add a photo of the receipt.
- Download the warranty certificate and keep it with the purchase document.
Register within 4 weeks of the purchase date. Warranty terms on makita.ee.
What the extended warranty covers
- Covered: tools with an electric motor (mains and battery) and gas nailers bought from an official Makita Estonia dealer.
- Not covered, for example: batteries, chargers, accessories, lights, heated jackets, combustion-engine equipment, pneumatic nailers and compressors.
Warranty and service questions
- Bring the tool to the Paide store (Pärnu tn 8) or write to us via the contact form.
- Bring the purchase document and the warranty certificate (if you registered). Tell us the model and the fault.
