Delivery and Returns

Delivery

• Parcel locker: available lockers and the delivery price are shown at checkout. Delivery is free for orders from €150.
• Courier: items that do not fit a parcel locker (for example mitre saws, lawnmowers, guide rails) are sent by courier. You can also choose the courier for other items. The price is shown at checkout. Delivery is free for orders from €150.
• Pickup from our Paide store (Pärnu tn 8): free. In-stock items are ready the same day. The store is open Mon–Fri 8:00–17:30.
• Delivery time to a parcel locker or by courier: 3–5 working days from payment.
• The delivery time of an item on order depends on the manufacturer. If delivery is delayed, we will tell you the new delivery time.
• We deliver only within Estonia. The delivery price is shown at checkout before payment.

Returns (right of withdrawal)

• A consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason.
• Submit a return request in your customer account: open the order and select “Request return”. To sign in, enter the email address used for the order and we will send you a code.
• Return the item within 14 days of submitting the request: bring it to our Paide store or send it to us.
• The buyer pays the cost of returning the item. If the item is faulty or not what you ordered, we pay the return cost.
• You may examine the item as you would in a store. If the item has been used more than that, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.
• We refund all payments, including the delivery cost, without delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the return request. We may wait until the item has reached us.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a company.
