Withdrawal notice

The easiest way to return an item is to submit a return request in your customer account: open the order and select “Request return”.

If the customer account does not suit you, you can use the standard form below (the statutory model withdrawal form). Send it to pood@vaaros.ee within 14 days of receiving the item. Any other clear statement is also accepted.
